Your donation makes it possible for us to support our community.

During these last months of the year, we reflect on our journey and our growth. And we invite you to join us in looking both inward and forward, to ensure we continue to grow and thrive.

Black Trans community has always found a way of taking care of one another, despite countless attacks on our bodily autonomy. Stretching back generations, our ancestors relied on medicinal herbs and roots for healing, protection, and guidance. In many ways, our work this year has carried on that tradition by healing our community through vigorous policy advocacy and life-saving direct services that pushed forward the liberation of Black gender diverse communities throughout Washington and beyond.

This giving season, we ask you to take root with Lavender Rights Project and make a gift in support of Black Trans liberation, here in Seattle and across the nation. Take pride in knowing that you are actively healing, protecting, and guiding Black trans life wherever our roots touch.

Choose a giving option that best suits your needs. For deep roots, consider making a monthly contribution. For the deepest connection, consider making a bequest. And don’t forget to check if your employer offers matching funds through Double the Donation.

Thank you from all of us at Lavender Rights Project.
